Refund Policy
Refund Policy - the basics
General Policy
We strive to provide high-quality guided tours and services. However, we understand that plans may change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
Cancellations by the Client
-
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the specific tour agreement.
-
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour date are generally non-refundable, as preparations, reservations, and time allocations have already been secured.
-
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals that prevent participation in the tour.
Cancellations by Us
In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unexpected circumstances—such as extreme weather conditions, site closures, safety concerns, or unavoidable emergencies—you will be offered:
-
A full refund, or
-
The option to reschedule the tour to another available date.
Deposits
Some tours require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are refundable only according to the terms provided at the time of booking.
Third-Party Services
If your tour involves external services (such as transportation, tickets, or accommodations), their refund policies may differ. Refunds for these components will follow the policies of the respective providers.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include your name, tour date, and booking details.
